WordPress 5.9 “Joséphine” has been released. This is the first major release of 2022 which brings the long awaited Full Site Editing.
The blocks editor has further refinements and controls added. The Block Patterns have been improved. The List View has been revamped.
They are introducing Block level locking (in part).
